TES President Bill Seith brings to TES an extraordinary background in environmental law and regulatory compliance.
After earning his law degree at the Washington University School of Law and working for
several years for private law firms in Chicago, Seith was named Assistant Attorney General, Environmental Control Division, for Illinois Attorney General Neil
Hartigan in January, 1989.
He was named Deputy Chief of the Environmental Control Division under Illinois Attorney General Roland
Burris in January, 1991, and named Chief of the Environmental Bureau under Illinois Attorney General Jim
Ryan in January, 1995.
In April, 1999, he was named Deputy Director of the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency.
He left the Illinois EPA in 2003 after nearly 15 years as an
environmental regulator to form Total Environmental Solutions, P.C.
